Viva la Música, Central Florida’s can’t-miss Latin food and concert festival returns to SeaWorld Orlando this Saturday May 10. We enjoyed a wonderful salsa concert on May 3rd. It was a bit chilly out for this late in the year, but it still attracted a decent crowd.

Celebrate the food, fun, sights and sounds of Latin culture at this annual festival, featuring live concerts by internationally renowned Latin musical artists, included with park admission.

With more than 20 years experience – and a lifetime enjoying countless Caribbean and Latin dishes – Chef Colόn has added his touch to the traditional Latin favorites such as empanadas, arroz con pollo, carne frita and bacalaítos.

Viva la Música festival activities begin at 12 p.m. each Saturday, with concerts starting at 3 p.m. at Bayside Stadium now through May 17. Remaining talent includes: May 10 — Victor Manuelle & May 17 — Olga Tañón.
